Yankee Fire & Rescue is the premier sales and service company in
New England. Representing the most innovative fire and emergency
vehicle manufactures in the world, the employees at Yankee Fire make
it their goal to offer the best products and services to their customers,
so that emergency personal can focus on their job and not have to
worry about the equipment that they are using.
The main service center, located in Palmer, MA, has a 10,000 sq ft
service facility with five service bays. Their service technicians are
factory trained so that they offer the best possible service for your
apparatus. The sales force is conveniently located throughout New
England so that they can provide the prompt attention that you deserve.
Yankee Fire & Rescue, Inc. was originally established in 1994 by
Keith Walker. Its company's mission was to provide a quality
ambulance product along with prompt service to the New England
Area. With this mission in place Yankee Fire signed on with McCoy
Miller, which manufactures ambulances and rescues out of Elkhart,
Indiana. They represent McCoy Miller in Maine, Vermont, New
Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island & Connecticut. In 2006
Yankee Fire further expanded their presence in the Fire market by
establishing a Fire Truck Division and adding Rosenbauer America to
their product list. Rosenbauer America manufactures fire apparatus in
Lyons, South Dakota; Wyoming, Minnesota; and Fremont, Nebraska,
and Yankee Fire represents their products in Maine, Vermont, New
Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
Under the watchful eye of Keith Walker (president), Yankee Fire
continues to evolve and grow with a focus on meeting the needs of the
emergency services personnel of New England. “I enjoy overseeing
the entire company, but nothing brings me more joy than working one
on one with a department to help bring their needs and desires to
fruition.” Yankee Fire does not just focus on the original sale but on
the continued maintenance of the vehicles that it puts in service.
